1. Are your products really hand-crafted? Yes! Every crochet item at SENSE RIOT is meticulously hand-stitched by our artisans. This means every piece is unique, and you may find slight, charming variations that make your item one-of-a-kind.

2. What materials do you use? Is it safe? We use high-quality, eco-friendly cotton and soft acrylic yarns. Our sensory "squishies" are made from non-toxic, BPA-free materials. However, please note that while our products are durable, they are not intended for heavy chewing or rough play by pets.

3. How should I clean my crochet items? To keep your crochet friends in top shape, we recommend gentle hand washing with cold water and mild soap. Lay them flat to air dry. Avoid machine washing or tumble drying to prevent deforming the delicate stitches.

Shipping & Orders

4. How long will it take to get my order? Since many items are made-to-order, processing takes 1-3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes about 7-14 business days depending on your location.

5. Can I change or cancel my order? We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes, please email us at senseriot@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

6. Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to sensory seekers worldwide! Shipping costs and times will be calculated at checkout.

Returns & Replacements

7. What if my item arrives damaged? Oh no! We take great care in packaging, but if something goes wrong, please take a photo and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

8. Can I return an item if I change my mind? We accept returns for unused, original-packaged items within 30 days. Please note that for hygiene reasons, "squishies" that have been removed from their packaging cannot be returned.

9. Is your packaging gift-ready? Absolutely! All SENSE RIOT orders are packed with care in aesthetic, eco-friendly materials that feel like opening a warm hug.

10. Can I include a gift message? Yes, you can leave a note at the cart page, and we will include a hand-written style gift card for you.
